Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship no later than the next business day for all orders received by 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.  Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.  Lotus Hair Co is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping provider.  However, we will do everything within our power to help you recover your lost packages, but will not issue refunds or replacements in the event of a lost or damaged package.  Priority mail express is guaranteed (shipping fees can be reimbursed and $100 included insurance), but if you would like purchase additional insurance for critical orders, please contact us at support@lotushairco.com prior to placing your order.  First-class mail is not as reliable and if you are on any kind of time constraint, we highly recommend Priority or Priority Express.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be in original packaging and must be UNUSED and UNOPENED (zip ties not cut). No exceptions.  Lotus Hair Company is not responsible for any hair that has left its packaging.  Lotus Hair Co. is not responsible for the condition of the hair after being installed or colored, or for the at home care of the hair, or lack thereof.  All returns are STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds.  Returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in original packaging.  Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.  Refunds for cancelled orders or any other type of partial refund issued through PayPal will be issued minus PayPal fees.  Lotus Hair Co is not reimbursed merchant fees for cancelled or refunded PayPal fees.  Lotus Hair Co, LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.  To process a return/exchange, please send us an email including:

Your name, original invoice number, and phone number. Please title the email subject “Return”.  Once Lotus Hair Co. has received the product, we will contact you via email to confirm receipt.  Upon confirmation, we will either ship the requested exchange, or issue a coupon code for the original purchase amount, minus shipping.  Under the rare circumstance that you receive an incorrect item on your order, we apologize, and ask that you please notify us as soon as possible.  Contact us through email at support@lotushairco.com, or by phone, (940) 222-8704.  The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive confirmation that you have shipped the incorrect item back to Lotus Hair Co., LLC.  Shipping charges will be covered by Lotus Hair Co. in the event of an error we have made.
